„Gut für Stop over auf dem Weg zum Flughafen
Sehr gutes Frühstück. Gute Lage. Gute Betten. Grosser Balkon (Haben allerdings Upgrade bekommen. Keine Ahnung, wie es beim gebuchten Zimmer gewesen wäre).
Liegestühle nicht ausreichend vorhanden. Parking zu teuer Euro 23.00 pro Nacht.

„Schönes Hotel mit toller Lage und gutem Essen.
Tolle Lage, sauber, pools offen, gutes Frühstück und viel Angebot. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Sehr gut für Menschen mit Handicap.
Wir hatten nachts Stromausfall in unserem Zimmer und dann ging die Notbeleuchtung an (und nicht wieder aus). Das war sehr unangenehm. Am nächsten Tag hat es bis Nachmittags gedauert, dass wir wieder Strom hatten.

„Schöner Aufenthalt mit einigen Abstrichen
Die Lage und die Nähe zum Flughafen. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Möglichkeit mit dem Taxi zum Flughafen gebracht zu werden (zwar nicht kostenlos, aber sehr schnell und unkompliziert). An sich ein schöner Aufenthalt mit einigen Abstrichen.
Zimmer waren an sich schön, aber das Badezimmer und der Balkon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. In der Dusche kaum Wasserdruck. Keine Toilettenbürste sowie ausgefranzte Handtücher, was in einem 4-Sterne Hotel ein No Go ist. Toilette im Bad sehr ungünstig positioniert (bestimmt ein Drittel/die Hälfte der Toilette war gegenüber vom Waschbecken), wodruch man nicht gerade auf der Toilette sitzen konnte. Zimmerservice war einmal sehr gut, die restlichen Tage ließen zur Wünschen übrig. Das Frühstück zwar vielfältig, aber leider für unseren Geschmack wenig leckeres dabei und der Frühstücksraum sehr laut. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit direktem Meerblick und zwei Fensterfronten: nette Idee, aber die eine Seite zeigte nur zu den benachbarten Häusern, was auf den Fotos nicht ersichtlich war und wir den gezeigten doppelseitigen Meeresblick nicht richtig genießen konnten. Die Ausgabe von den Strandhandtüchern im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels leider ein wenig kompliziert, da die ausgegebenen Karten für die Rückgabe des Pfandes anscheinend nicht ausreichend sind und man zusätzlich die ausgedruckte Rechnung dazu braucht. Auf der Website angegeben, dass sie Deutsch sprechen, was leider nicht der Fall war, was an sich auch nicht dramatisch war, aber man setzt im Hotel eher auf spanisch als auf englisch, was sehr schade ist. Man setzt (vom Gefühl her) eher auf das Entertainment als auf Komfort. Für uns (im Vergleich zu anderen spanischen Hotels die wir besucht haben) eher 3 als 4 Sterne.
